tumblewhim, only not really. The basic excuse for this account is that as of April 1, 2007 my family and I will be moving from Manila, Philippines to Milan, Italy for the next 3 years. Since I ferociously suck at keeping in touch regardless of the convenience that is email, this LJ is purely for pictorial purposes. Don't like? Then go away. Far away. That said, keep in mind:
I am not a photographer. I have never aspired to be one, and I don't think I know anything special about photography in general. I try to take aesthetically pleasing pictures, but that doesn't mean I know a thing about filters, lighting, and all that other stuff. I also don't own a camera. I could probably get one if I really wanted (my birthday's in August. :] ) but I don't particularly need one; my parents have a nice one they don't mind lending me whenever I want. But either way,
They're my pictures. Let's get this straight: give me one sign of abuse/stealing/any other form of something like that, and it's all over. Bye-bye pretty pictures. If you want to keep some or use some for something, just ask first. I'm more likely to say yes if we actually know each other, though.
I am not doing this to show off. I don't know where people get these ideas. I'm just posting pictures for recording purposes, as well as to satisfy those who asked for them. What I am doing is not at all unlike having Multiply or a Friendster. I just chose Livejournal. Is that so wrong?
I don't bite. I'm not going to take insults and other crap lying down, but I think I'm a friendly person in general. The internet just calls for some special treatment sometimes. : /
Whew. Semi-unpleasantness aside, enjoy. :D
